The Dios maple 5-piece shell pack features 100% North American maple shells, which are extremely versatile in any musical setting. The plies of each shell (8 plies for the snare and kick, 6 plies for toms) are cross-laminated in an alternating vertical/horizontal grain pattern. This allows the outer shell to showcase the natural splendor of the wood through a glass-like lacquer finish. The hand-stained inner shell of each drum creates a smooth conduit for vibration and sound to travel through, delivering tone that will ignite an almost emotional response every time it is played. This ddrum shell pack includes a 22" x 20" kick drum, 10 x 8" and 12" x 9 " rack toms, 16" x 14" floor tom, and a 14" x 6" snare drum. Accented further with ddrum's Custom Bullet lugs, 2.3mm triple-flanged hoops, and die-cast bass drum claws with rubber grommets. Cymbals and hardware sold separately.

Dios Series drums utilize exotic woods, as well as the industry standards. The Dios Duplex snare has taken drum building to a new level! This unique 17 ply shell is hand built, and consists of 7 outer ply's, 6 hollow ply's, and 4 inner ply's. This process creates a tone chamber never before achieved by any other snare on the market. The outer and inner plies are supported in the hollow chamber by a 6 ply, 1 inch tall support ring placed at either bearing edge. This creates the chamber and brings the two sections together, creating 17 plys at either bearing edge.
